Badges
Prices for woven and embroidered badges depend on quantity, size, number of colours, and backing type (iron-on, sew-on, or Velcro). Embroidered badges support up to 9 colours, woven up to 12. Minimum order is 100 pieces.
Sublimation badges, which are laser-cut and adhesive-backed, are priced based on size, with a minimum order of 1,000 units.
Medals
A minimum order of 100 medals is required, with any mix of bronze, silver, or gold. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Once ready, delivery is available via sea or air freight.
We can create nearly any design and will send proofs for approval before production. Medals are available in 25, 30, or 35mm sizes and 3, 5, or 7mm thicknesses. They can be plain metal or plated with up to 4 ink colours. Finishes include a smooth epoxy coating or a natural metal look.
Design complexity affects cost – simpler or open designs (e.g., with gaps or spinning centres) are generally cheaper. Ribbons can be heat-transferred or premium woven. Medals are made from zinc alloy and can be plated in various finishes. An initial mould fee applies, based on the medal’s size, thickness, and shape.

Back Orders
Please read this carefully, as we have recently updated our Back Order protocol, as of April 2025.
Customers must pay for all current and back order items upfront. This includes any reduced carriage fees for the back order.
Any further additions to the back order will be treated separately, as a new order, requiring a separate reduced carriage payment.Â
If the back order items can fit into a bag, it will cost £5.00. Back orders that require a box ship for £7.
Please note that any discounts can only be used on regular website orders.
Once we have received our next delivery, we will package and send out your back order as soon as possible. Following us on our social media channels is the best way to stay updated with our latest stock arrivals. You can also subscribe to our monthly newsletter for other exciting updates and deals.
