are likely upon arrival of incoming bulk shipments. All delivery charges are
subject to VAT per parcel.

MATS WILL HAVE CARRIAGE CHARGED AT COST

Ki Martial Arts Ltd shall not be liable to move the goods further than the front door of any
premises, and shall not be liable to enter any premises, or carry the goods up any stairs.
There will be additional charges for each failed delivery or collection.

All orders will be sent on overnight carriage unless specified. Carriage charges are for
mainland only including England, Wales and some areas of Scotland. Additional charges
will be incurred for some Scottish postcodes, Northern Ireland and all offshore deliveries.
Overnight delivery may not be available to some of these areas. Any printing or custom
orders will take longer to dispatch.

OVERNIGHT CARRIAGE IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. IF THERE IS A SERVICE FAILURE
CAUSED BY THE COURIER, WE REGRET THAT A FULL REFUND OF CARRIAGE CANNOT BE
GIVEN. AN EX-GRATIA CREDIT ONLY MAY BE RAISED FOR YOUR ACCOUNT.
