All transactions are subject to our trading terms and conditions.
Upon receival of an order, administration will send the quote as a WhatsApp or email to the customer for review. The
customer will have a one-hour window, from the time of this contact, in which they are responsible for notifying Ki Martial
Arts Ltd of any errors or alterations required. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be deemed as correct and will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing. No amendments will be possible from this point, and will instead be processed as a separate order.
Wherever possible we will endeavour to identify out of stock goods. When there is insufficient stock to fulfil an order, the
customer will be notified and given one hour to request order splitting, to be sent as a separate delivery upon arrival of
stock; or to refund the shortfall amount, using the same payment method. If Ki Martial Arts Ltd does not receive a response during this one-hour window, the customer will be automatically refunded. All split backorders will take priority upon arrival of stock, and will be subject to a reduced delivery fee.
Goods descriptions and prices are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration. Ki Martial Arts Ltd reserves the right to amend prices and specifications or otherwise without prior notice, and to invoice the price ruling at the time of dispatch.
Orders received before midday will be sent on the same day when possible. Orders received after midday may be sent out the following working day. Orders involving custom work or printing will take longer to dispatch. All dispatch times are dependent upon external couriers.
Title of all goods remains with Ki Martial Arts Ltd until paid for in full. All orders are proforma unless an approved credit
facility has been arranged. Credit accounts are only available to bona fide retail outlets with a satisfactory trading history.
Three credit references and a banker’s reference are required before a credit account can be established. If credit is granted all invoices must be paid promptly within the stated time. Ki Martial Arts Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue sum at the rate of 3% compound per month or part thereof.
Credit account customers wishing to pay terms account by credit card on or after the due date will incur a charge of 3% to cover our processing costs. There is a standard charge of £35 in the event of any cheque being presented as payment being returned to our bankers for any reason.
Goods will only be accepted back at our discretion. The office must be contacted prior to the return of any item and
informed of the invoice number, items being returned, and reason for return, within 90 days of the initial purchase. Refunds may be refused if this procedure is not followed. All returned products must be unused, in their original unopened packaging with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition to sell the product as new. The customer is responsible for paying postage charges for any returns. A restocking charge of 15% of the sale price of the goods will be made for all goods returned as incorrect orders. This will include incorrect sizes and colours.
No customised, special or sale items will be accepted for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. No mats will be accepted for return if damaged or used.
All packages received from couriers must be thoroughly checked and signed for. Customers must be careful to sign for the correct number of packages. Any shortages must be notified to Ki Martial Arts Ltd within 24 hours. Any damages to the packages or contents must be noted on the courier documents. Ki Martial Arts Ltd will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for without reference to the condition it was delivered in on the courier delivery note. Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full carriage charges being incurred by the customer, this will include return carriage charges.
Ki Martial Arts Ltd accepts no liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased.
